At English Accents, we want you to shop with confidence. Every order is carefully inspected and thoughtfully packed before leaving our warehouse. If, however, you need to make a change to your order or arrange a return, we’re here to help.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to make a change to your order? We’ll always do our best to assist. If you wish to amend or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care team at info@englishaccents.co.uk as soon as possible, and ideally within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders can usually be amended or cancelled provided they have not yet been prepared for dispatch. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once your order has entered our fulfilment process.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Every product is carefully quality checked before dispatch. Should your order arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact our Customer Care team at info@englishaccents.co.uk as soon as possible, and wherever possible within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the matter quickly, please include:

Clear photographs of the item(s) and any damaged packaging
Our team aims to respond within two working days and will work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution.
Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please email info@englishaccents.co.uk with your order details. Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with our returns instructions and return address.
Returned items should be dispatched within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to return your order. To be eligible for a refund, products must be:

Unused and in their original condition

Returned with all original packaging and protective materials

Securely packaged to prevent damage during transit
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the cost of returning the item is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as English Accents cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit. Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return where permitted by law, including personalised or bespoke products.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5 working days of receiving your return. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a further 2–10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
Where applicable, original standard delivery charges will also be refunded in accordance with your statutory rights. Additional charges for premium delivery services are non-refundable.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
