At English Accents, we carefully curate every product with an emphasis on timeless design, quality craftsmanship and enduring style. As a result, subtle variations in colour, texture, finish or dimensions may occur and should be considered part of the individual character of each piece rather than a defect.

We take every reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, dimensions and images displayed on our website are accurate at the time of publication. However, product information is provided for general guidance and may occasionally vary slightly due to manufacturing updates or natural material characteristics. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are shown in Pounds Sterling (£). Where applicable, prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing UK rate. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Promotions & Discount Codes
From time to time, English Accents may offer promotional discounts, exclusive offers or discount codes. Unless otherwise stated:

• only one promotional code may be used per order;

• discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash;

• promotional offers cannot be applied retrospectively to completed purchases;

• promotions are subject to their individual terms and expiry dates; and

• we reserve the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time where reasonably necessary.
   

Payment
We currently accept secure online payments through Wix Payments, which is powered by Stripe, together with any additional payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be successfully authorised before your order can be accepted and prepared for dispatch. English Accents does not store your full payment card details. Payment information is processed securely by our authorised payment providers in accordance with applicable payment security standards.

Placing an Order
After placing your order, you will receive an automated email acknowledging that your order has been received. This acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance of your order. A legally binding contract between you and English Accents is formed only when we have accepted your order and dispatched the goods.

Order Acceptance
Although we aim to fulfil every order, we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before dispatch where it is reasonable to do so, including where:

• payment cannot be authorised;

• we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity;

• an item is no longer available;

• incorrect pricing or product information has been published due to an error;

• delivery cannot reasonably be completed; or

• exceptional circumstances arise beyond our reasonable control.

Where an order cannot be fulfilled after payment has been taken, any payment received will be refunded promptly using the original payment method.

Pricing Errors
Whilst every effort is made to ensure our pricing is accurate, occasional errors may occur. If we discover that a product has been advertised at an incorrect price before your order has been accepted, we will contact you as soon as possible to explain the error and provide you with the option of confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it for a full refund. We will never dispatch an order without your agreement where a significant pricing error has occurred.

In certain circumstances, we may contact you to verify information relating to your order before dispatch. This helps us maintain a secure shopping experience for all customers.
